After School

Columbia’s after-school clubs provide students with opportunities to explore their interests, connect with their community, and develop new skills. We currently offer Choir, Orchestra, Girls on the Run, Culture Club, STEM Club, and Student Council.

Choir
Students practice vocal skills, build confidence, and experience the joy of creating music together while preparing for performances. Contact jessica.jensen@jordandistrict.org for more information.

Orchestra
Students will build musical knowledge while preparing for concerts throughout the year. Orchestra helps students develop creativity and focus. Contact alice.behunin@jordandistrict.org for more information.

Girls on the Run
Girls on the Run teaches students life skills like goal-setting and self-advocacy while working toward a celebratory end-of-season 5K event. Contact carrie.donahue@jordandistrict.org for more information.

Culture Club
Culture Club celebrates the diversity of our school community by giving students the opportunity to learn about different cultures, traditions, languages, and perspectives. Contact kathryn.shurtleff@jordandistrict.org or jennica.bodenhofer@jordandistrict.org for more information.

STEM Club
STEM encourages students to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through projects, experiments, and problem-solving challenges. Contact jennica.bodenhofer@jordandistrict.org or kathryn.shurtleff@jordandistrict.org for more information.
